1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Apimaye (Yıldırım Plastik Makine ve Kalıp San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.), headquartered at:
Beylikdüzü OSB Mah., Birlik Sanayi Sitesi, 2. Cd, No:76-78, İstanbul, Türkiye.
2. Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Employees of Apimaye and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
- Subscribe to the Apimaye website newsletter via the official subscription form.
- Entries must be received before 27 September 2025, 15:00 (Copenhagen local time).
4. Prize
- Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Apimaye beehive.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected randomly from eligible subscribers.
- The draw will take place on 27 September 2025 during the Apimondia Congress in Copenhagen.
- Winners will be announced at the Apimaye booth, on Apimaye’s website, and via Apimaye’s official social media channels.
- Winners will also be notified by email.
6. Delivery
- Apimaye will arrange free delivery of the prize to the winner’s country of residence.
- Delivery dates may vary depending on destination.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
7. Data Protection
- By entering, participants agree that their email address may be used by Apimaye for newsletter and promotional purposes.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (KVKK/GDPR).
8. Liability
- Apimaye is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delivery delays outside of its control.
- Apimaye reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.
